Sunil Palakodati

Sunil Palakodati

Chief Executive Officer

Sunil Palakodati brings more than 25 years of experience in the building materials and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Artivo Surfaces, Sunil was CEO of Mohawk's Flooring North American residential business, overseeing a 70-manufacturing, distribution, and sales organization that generated over $5 billion in revenue. Under his leadership, the business achieved strong growth and operational excellence. Before his time at Mohawk, he led key divisions at GAF Materials Corporation, where he held roles such as director of distributor of corporate development driving over $1 billion in acquisitions. Sunil is a graduate of St University and holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. A dedicated leader, he focuses on building high-performance teams that excel in driving innovation.

David Burke

Chief Financial Officer

David Bache is the Chief Financial Officer of Artivo Surfaces. David brings more than 30 years of finance experience to his role. His track record of leadership in the building materials and distribution industries includes strategic insight, financial innovation and deep industry knowledge. David brings proven financial results to Artivo. Prior to Artivo, David was Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO at Mohawk Industries. David has also held key finance leadership roles at Builders FirstSource, where he held various executive positions progressing to Mohawk. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona. David holds a CPA and is a dedicated financial leader who builds strong teams and delivers consistent results.

Ed Vaske is the Chief Operating Officer of Artivo Surfaces. With more than 30 years of experience in the building materials and distribution industries, Ed brings a proven track record of driving operational excellence and maximizing distribution efficiency. Prior to joining Artivo, he served as CEO of BlueLinx, a leading distributor of building and industrial products. His hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of multi-product distribution, business-to-business sales, and complex supply chain management allowed him to drive significant operational improvements. Ed is also particularly adept at transforming affiliated. His strategic planning and team leadership have led to growing margins and profit optimization. Dana Kropke

Vice President of Commercial and National Accounts

Dana Kropke is the VP, President of Commercial and National Accounts at Artivo Surfaces. Dana has 25 years of experience in the Surfaces Strategic Sales team. She oversees the national sales organization serving major builders, multifamily developers, and commercial clients. Dana has worked throughout the company with an expertise in every side of the Commercial business. Previously with leading roles at Consolidated Bearing Company (CBC) and BMC Stock Holdings (BMC), she brings a proven ability to build, manage, and lead large-scale national client relationships. Dana holds a BS from Yale University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. As a strategic and results-driven leader, she helps drive Artivo's largest growth and success at Artivo. Challenges.
